A content management system (CMS) quickly adds powerful functionality to any website more cheaply than can be done otherwise. Once installed, configured, and running, non-technical users are easily able to add new content, change existing content, update images, and otherwise manage their website much more effectively and efficiently. With a CMS in place, extensions such as directory management, message board, e-Commerce shopping suite, weather applications, photo galleries, blogs, calendars, games, surveys/polls, and so much more may be easily added.
